Super Easy Overnight Oat Recipe
This has been my go to breakfast of late and I absolutely love the flavours. I prepare it the night before which makes breakfast super easy in the morning with everything all ready to go. With delicious strawberries, blueberries and sometimes I even add in some raspberries, you are sure to kick start your morning with all the excellent antioxidants that berries have to offer. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it for yourself!
Ingredients: Prepare the night before
1. 1/2 Cup gluten free rolled oats
2. 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
3. 1/2 Cup non-fat greek or plain yoghurt
4. 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
5. 1 Teaspoon Honey
6. 3-4 Large Strawberries sliced
7. Handful of Blueberries
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Store in airtight container or jar for 6-24 hours.
